As a Private Aviation Representative, you will act as a primary contact between clients, providers, and operators. This role demands a proactive approach to managing Italian and international high-end client portfolios, understanding their unique needs, and crafting tailored solutions for each flight. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client & Sales Management: Build rapport with high-profile clients by understanding their private charter needs, responding promptly to inquiries, and matching them with the best aircraft options available.
  • Lead Management & Marketing: Handle inbound requests efficiently, participate in marketing initiatives, and contribute to the company's client portfolio growth through active outreach and cold calling.
  • Quote & Contract Handling: Generate accurate charter quotes and manage the contractual process, ensuring clear and compliant communication among all parties involved.
  • Flight Coordination: Oversee booking, scheduling, and flight monitoring, anticipating and managing potential disruptions and coordinating extra services as required, with occasional airport passenger greeting when needed.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Collect client feedback post-flight for service improvement and address any immediate concerns.

In this role, you'll be a multitasking pro, working at the intersection of client relations, sales, and operations in a fast-paced and exciting industry.

Candidate profile:

  • High-school diploma is required.
  • Recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Aviation, Engineering, Economics or Hospitality is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Italian is mandatory (additional languages are a plus).
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with positive attitude.
  • Schedule flexibility is required.
  • Sales driven individual.
  • No prior aviation experience necessary.
  • EU citizenship or valid Italian work permit is mandatory.

Location & Working hours:

  • Venicejets’ HQ in the hearth of Verona.
  • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Monday to Friday schedule with the requirement for late, holiday, and weekend on-call duties.
  • Full-time, permanent contract.
